Site analytics

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.

Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, location, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent Virginia foundation contractor handling your inspection.

Virginia one-party consent

Virginia is a one-party consent state for call recording (Va. Code § 19.2-62). Recording disclosure is provided by the affiliate network's IVR or live dispatcher.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
